Make the most of our Tocha Trio with this recipe for dusted corn 3 ways. Each juicy combo is bursting with flavour so try them all and find your favourite!
- Peel the corn husks and silk, then cut in half
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge the corn for around 5 mins, or until tender and vibrant
- Remove the corn and set aside on kitchen towel
- Heat the neutral oil in a skillet or griddle pan, on medium high
- Baste the first 2 corn halves with Tocha Verde and sear in the hot pan, continue basting and turning regularly until all sides are charred
- Sprinkle a layer of Tajin on a plate and roll the grilled corn through to coat evenly
- Baste the next corn halves with Tocha Yuzu and sear as above
- Sprinkle the crushed wasabi on a plate and roll the grilled corn through to coat evenly
- Baste the final corn halves with Tocha Original and sear as above
- Sprinkle the crushed onion and lime zest on a plate and roll the grilled corn through to coat evenly
