  • Yuzu - Tocha Yuzu brings a bright, citrus-forward splash to every meal. Building on its base of real yuzu and juicy peaches, this sauce is elevated by a layer of umami miso.

2) Canadian ownership & manufacture is important

3) Ingredients / Pricing / Shipping...in that order

Best of all, tocha delivers;

The packaging / function works as it should, I know why comment on packaging!? Simply because a sauce like this is meant to be spread across the across the plate, the bottle size, the squeeze-ability and the nozzle function the way you want it to...the way others don't!

And the most important person at the party is incredible flavour! Distinct flavour within each and across the 3 flavours. There's a good punch to be enjoyable and not get lost on the plate.

Keep your focus and don't compromise! Big love from the prairies!
